You'll play a key role in managing service charge finances across a substantial portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Prepare service charge income and expenditure reports
- Assist in budgeting for managed properties
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
