A highly regarded independent property company in Edgware is looking for a skilled Service Charge Accountant to support their established Property Management department. You'll play a key role in managing service charge finances across a substantial portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Prepare service charge income and expenditure reports
- Assist in budgeting for managed properties
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Deliver high levels of service to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain and update property accounts using Excel and Qube (preferred)
