What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Branch Sales Administrator:
- Providing administrative support to the sales and lettings teams
- Preparing property details, correspondence and marketing materials
- Managing telephone, email and office enquiries efficiently
- Updating property records and maintaining database accuracy
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, contractors and third parties
- Supporting sales and lettings progression while maintaining office systems
