What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Applying for Alternative Payment Arrangements and direct landlord payments
  • Completing affordability assessments and setting realistic repayment plans
  • Preparing documentation and evidence for possession claims
  • Assisting with court processes and hearings where required
  • Liaising with Housing Benefit teams and local authority departments
  • Progressing Discretionary Housing Payment and hardship fund applications
  • Coordinating with bailiffs following possession orders when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate case notes and account records
