A successful residential property business is looking for an experienced Property Lister / Valuer to join its East London team. This role would suit a confident estate agency professional with strong valuation experience and a proven ability to win instructions.

With a key focus on generating new business, winning instructions and providing accurate market appraisals, the successful candidate will use their local property knowledge to advise vendors and maximise listing opportunities. Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to prospecting will be essential, alongside the ability to build lasting client relationships and consistently deliver excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Conduct accurate and professional market appraisals across East London
  • Generate new valuation opportunities through proactive prospecting, canvassing and existing client relationships
  • Win new instructions by demonstrating strong local market knowledge and presenting effective sales strategies
  • Negotiate fees and terms while maximising opportunities to secure new business
  • Maintain regular contact with vendors, providing informed advice throughout the sales process
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to maximise valuations, listings and completed transactions

  • Proven experience as a Property Valuer, Lister or Senior Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
  • Strong track record of winning instructions and achieving valuation and sales targets
  • Excellent knowledge of the East London residential property market
  • Confident conducting market appraisals and presenting valuations to potential vendors
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and closing skills
  • Proven ability to generate new business through prospecting and relationship building
  • Professional, articulate and highly customer focused with excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
