What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as an Office Manager:
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day operational running of the branch across both Sales and Lettings
- Managing, supporting, and developing team members through regular one-to-ones, coaching, and performance reviews
- Overseeing administrative processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Managing sales progression and ensuring transactions move smoothly through to completion
- Monitoring key performance indicators and supporting the team to achieve business objectives
- Implementing improved processes and systems to enhance branch performance
- Working closely with Directors to support strategic goals and the continued success of the branch
