A busy Estate Agency in South West London is looking for a qualified and experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join its team. This role would suit a practicing adviser with strong mortgage knowledge, excellent communication skills and a proven track record in the mortgage services industry.

The successful Mortgage & Protection Advisor will provide expert advice across residential mortgages, buy-to-let, remortgages and protection products.
You’ll work closely with clients throughout the process, identifying their requirements, providing suitable recommendations and developing new business through leads, referrals and cross-selling.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor:
- Provide professional mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
- Manage clients through the mortgage process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Assess clients’ financial circumstances and identify suitable mortgage solutions
- Advise on residential, buy-to-let and remortgage products
- Identify opportunities to introduce relevant protection and other financial products
- Build strong client relationships and generate additional business through referrals and cross-selling
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification
- Current or recent experience working as a Mortgage Adviser
- Thorough knowledge of the residential mortgage and buy-to-let sectors
- CAS essential
- Proven track record in providing mortgage advice
- Confident with cross-selling protection and associated financial products
- Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
