Are you a highly skilled FRICS or MRICS Surveyor and Registered Valuer (VRS) looking for a leadership role? Our client, a respected surveying firm, is seeking a Head of Surveying to run the surveying team.
The role will involve delivering high-quality Level 3 professional property surveys across residential and commercial properties. As the Head of Surveying, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing survey operations, ensuring industry standards are met, and mentoring a team of surveyors. You will conduct and review Level 3 building surveys while implementing best practices for reporting, compliance, and quality assurance.
The company does not undertake Mortgage Valuations.
