An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Operations to take a leading role within a respected independent estate agency in Kentish Town. This position combines operational leadership, commercial awareness and people management across residential sales and lettings.

Working closely with the Director, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the business while driving performance, developing the team and supporting business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can inspire others, maintain exceptional operational standards, identify new business opportunities and ensure the office continues to deliver outstanding service to clients across both sales and lettings.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Head of Operations:

  • Lead, motivate and develop the sales and lettings teams to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee the daily operational management of the office, ensuring efficient processes and consistently high standards
  • Monitor business performance, analyse KPIs and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability
  • Generate new business opportunities by building relationships with vendors, landlords and local contacts
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, company procedures and industry regulations
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, staff development and succession planning while acting as deputy to the Director when required
