We are seeking an organised and creative Estate Agency Marketing Manager to drive local brand visibility and generate new sales and lettings business, helping the branch increase turnover through effective, targeted campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated Marketing professional who also has previous experience in Estate Agency, to take ownership of local marketing initiatives within a thriving Catford based estate agency.
You will play a key role in generating new business, managing campaigns, and strengthening relationships with the local community through strategic marketing, social media engagement, and creative brand promotion.
What You Will Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Drive new sales and lettings leads to help increase branch turnover
- Nurture vendor and landlord leads through CRM software
- Oversee social media and local online presence
- Design and coordinate leaflets, brochures, and window cards
- Manage local marketing campaigns and community partnerships
- Keep property portals and branch website up to date
- Liaise with Head Office on national campaigns and brand alignment
- Track stock performance and support price negotiation discussions
- Collect client reviews to strengthen online reputation
- Support branch activity including calls, viewings, and general office tasks
