Experienced Commercial Property Manager required to help oversee a mixed commercial portfolio in the Hendon / NW London area: managing tenancies, compliance, maintenance and arrears while ensuring efficient administration and excellent landlord service.
This Commercial Property Manager role in Hendon involves managing a portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring strong performance across lettings, rent collection and lease events. You will oversee both day-to-day management and longer-term asset strategy. The role also includes involvement in acquisitions, disposals and development opportunities, working closely with internal teams and external consultants to maximise value and ensure effective estate management delivery.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Commercial Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of commercial properties including lettings, renewals and rent reviews
- Handling rent collection, arrears management and tenant liaison
- Overseeing service charges, insurance, rating and maintenance matters
- Conducting regular property inspections and reporting on performance, voids and arrears
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals and strategic asset repositioning projects
- Coordinating with planners, surveyors, project managers and contractors on refurbishment and development schemes

- Qualified property professional (MRICS or equivalent desirable)
- Proven experience in commercial property or asset management
- Strong understanding of lease structures, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Experience managing service charges, budgets and financial reporting
- Ability to handle tenant relationships and stakeholder communication effectively
- Knowledge of acquisitions, disposals and development processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assets simultaneously
