You will oversee both day-to-day management and longer-term asset strategy. The role also includes involvement in acquisitions, disposals and development opportunities, working closely with internal teams and external consultants to maximise value and ensure effective estate management delivery.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Commercial Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of commercial properties including lettings, renewals and rent reviews
- Handling rent collection, arrears management and tenant liaison
- Overseeing service charges, insurance, rating and maintenance matters
- Conducting regular property inspections and reporting on performance, voids and arrears
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals and strategic asset repositioning projects
- Coordinating with planners, surveyors, project managers and contractors on refurbishment and development schemes

- Qualified property professional (MRICS or equivalent desirable)
- Proven experience in commercial property or asset management
- Strong understanding of lease structures, rent reviews and lease renewals
