We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Surveyor with strong commercial property expertise to join a City of London practice: working across a varied mixed portfolio with a strong emphasis on asset management and professional surveying work.
This is a broad role covering valuation, lease advisory, rent reviews, asset management and general commercial surveying duties, with opportunities to work closely with senior leadership, support key clients, and contribute to business growth across central London markets. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and ambitious team where high-quality work and client service are central to everything we do.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Commercial Property Manager:
- Undertake commercial valuations across a range of asset types
- Deliver lease advisory work including rent reviews and lease renewals
- Support and lead asset management strategies for key client portfolios
- Provide professional advice to landlords, investors and occupiers
- Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports
- Assist with acquisition and disposal advice where required
- Contribute to business development and client relationship growth
