Worth Recruiting are working with a forward-thinking, established property consultancy in the Bow Quarter, E3, who are seeking an Assistant Sales & Lettings Manager / Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Negotiator or lettings professional to step into management. You will support the branch in driving sales and lettings performance, delivering exceptional service, and building strong client relationships. The role offers clear progression into a full Sales & Lettings Manager position for the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Supporting the management of residential property sales and lettings
- Assisting with valuations, listings, viewings, and offer negotiations
- Motivating and supporting the sales and lettings team
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, buyers, and sellers
- Contributing to branch growth and increasing market share
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all stages
- Assisting with compliance and process management in sales and lettings
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting revenue growth
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in residential property sales and/or lettings
- Strong listing, valuation, and instruction-winning ability
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills

- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience or familiarity with the London property market advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
