Working directly from the sales office and show homes on site, you will manage enquiries, conduct viewings, and support customers through every stage of their buying journey. You’ll ensure a smooth, professional and engaging experience from first contact through to completion. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Working from the on-site sales office and show homes at the development
- Handling enquiries from prospective buyers and converting interest into appointments
- Conducting guided viewings of show homes and available plots
- Supporting customers through the reservation process through to completion
- Managing sales progression and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Liaising with site teams, solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
