We currently have an excellent opportunity in a Lettings department based in Henley-on-Thames. As part of an exciting re-growth phase for the office, this position covers both residential lettings, with a primary focus on managing the rental portfolio. This role is ideal for someone looking to build or enhance a career in residential property. A background in lettings would be beneficial, though full training will be provided, including enrolment onto the ARLA Level 3 qualification.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing and letting properties within the rental portfolio
- Marketing residential properties for sale and rent
- Assisting with sales progression and tenant referencing
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
- Conducting viewings and property inspections
- Supporting the team with administrative duties and compliance tasks
- Keeping accurate records and updating property databases
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Full UK driving licence and own car with business insurance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organised with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and client interactions
- Good attention to detail in administrative work
- Proactive and self-motivated team player
- Previous lettings experience preferred (not essential)
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training including ARLA Level 3 qualification
