What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Register applicants and arrange property viewings
  • Conduct viewings and secure tenancy agreements
  • Negotiate rental terms between landlords and prospective tenants
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
  • Generate new business opportunities and win lettings instructions
  • Ensure compliance documentation and tenancy paperwork are completed accurately

  • Previous residential lettings experience is essential
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional, confident, and well-presented manner
  • Ability to build rapport with landlords, tenants, and applicants

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
