What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Register applicants and arrange property viewings
- Conduct viewings and secure tenancy agreements
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and prospective tenants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Generate new business opportunities and win lettings instructions
- Ensure compliance documentation and tenancy paperwork are completed accurately
