An opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join an independent agency in Egham, managing residential lettings, generating new business, and consistently delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced market.
We are looking for an organised and engaging Lettings Negotiator to join a forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency in Egham. You will be responsible for generating business, managing viewings, and providing outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Generating and securing new business from landlords and applicants
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
- Managing negotiations between landlords and tenants
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
