A highly reputable estate agency are seeking a Lettings Manager / Lettings Team Manager to lead tenant-find operations, manage a growing team and streamline processes while maintaining strong service standards in a fast-moving environment. As the Lettings Manager, you will oversee tenant-find operations and lead a Lettings team. You’ll help reshape processes, adopt new systems, and provide hands-on operational support during busy periods or staff absence. This role will suit someone confident guiding a team through change while ensuring service levels remain consistent, as well as being tech savvy!

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Oversee day-to-day tenant-find activity
  • Handle any issues or delays that need senior support
  • Ensure service levels remain consistent across the team
  • Lead, support, and grow a team of Lettings Negotiators
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance guidance
  • Improve current ways of working and help shape new processes
  • Support the rollout of new systems and tools
  • Review team performance data to spot trends and areas to improve

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Extensive experience as a Lettings Manager
  • Previous hands-on experience as a Lettings Negotiator
  • Strong knowledge of UK lettings regulations
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Confident adopting and using new technology
