The perfect candidate for this Lettings Manager role will already currently be in a similar position, have previous experience working in a busy Lettings team, have a great track record in property sales and in generating and winning, instructions. You will need to be a superb instruction winner, a highly effective sales professional and be driven to succeed. You will be determined, proactive and have a positive approach: familiarity with the local area an ability to take the business forward. If this sounds like you, we need to talk. Previous Estate Agency experience essential – our client may consider a competent Assistant Lettings Manager if they can demonstrate both the right skills and attitude.
