What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service for landlords and tenants
- Overseeing day-to-day property management operations including maintenance, compliance and tenancy matters
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers
- Supporting and mentoring team members to help maintain service standards and efficiency
- Ensuring all property management processes comply with current legislation and best practice
- Handling complex issues, problem-solving effectively and providing support on escalated matters
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Extensive experience within residential property management
- Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- ARLA qualification desirable
- Previous experience managing or supporting team members preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Confident, professional and able to build strong working relationships
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
