The role will involve assisting with the management of their sizable portfolio which includes adhering to Landlords instructions, ensuing all properties have valid Gas Safety certificates, issuing works orders making sure the works are carried out and the Landlord and Tenants are kept updated, dealing with deposit realises, and serving appropriate notices. Most importantly, you will need to maintain the first-class customer service to Landlords and Tenants that the company prides itself on.  Some experience in administration and residential lettings would be advantageous.
