What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing tenancy administration from offer agreed through to move-in
- Preparing tenancy agreements, legal documentation and compliance paperwork
- Coordinating property compliance requirements and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors regarding tenancy matters and maintenance issues
- Conducting property inspections and supporting occasional property viewings
- Providing administrative support across the lettings department and assisting with day-to-day office operations

- Strong understanding of lettings processes and property compliance requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and property CRM systems
