A highly organised Property Sales Progressor with residential estate agency experience is required for a busy office in the Horsham area. This role would suit an experienced Negotiator with strong progression experience looking to use their industry knowledge in a Monday to Friday position.
You will manage the sales progression process from offer through to completion, keeping clients informed and ensuring all parties remain focused on agreed timescales. Working closely with solicitors, mortgage advisers and other agents, you will provide a high level of customer service while resolving issues and keeping transactions moving forward.
