A highly successful independent Estate Agency in Horsham is seeking a motivated and organised professional to manage their growing lettings portfolio.

If you have a strong understanding of property management procedures and a passion for delivering excellent customer service this could be your perfect role.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Managing a substantial portfolio of residential rental properties
• Handling maintenance coordination and property inspections
• Managing relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Issuing relevant legal notices and processing documentation
• Problem‑solving efficiently and calmly under pressure
• Ensuring compliance with current property legislation
• Prioritising tasks and maintaining a highly organised workload

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience)

• Minimum of 12 months experience in property management or lettings administration
• High standard of customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and professional appearance
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently
• Knowledge of the Horsham area (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• A professional and proactive attitude
