What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Carry out lettings market appraisals and win new instructions
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and prospective clients
  • Advise landlords on pricing, marketing strategies and current market conditions
  • Work closely with the lettings team to maximise instructions and completed lets
  • Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures
