A successful residential property business is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join its Herne Bay team. This role would suit an ambitious sales professional with strong property knowledge and a proven ability to deliver results.
You will be responsible for managing the complete sales journey across a new homes development, from generating leads and conducting viewings through to negotiating offers and progressing sales. The successful candidate will combine excellent customer service with strong commercial awareness, confidently building relationships with buyers while maximising sales opportunities and achieving targets.
Previous property sales experience is essential.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion
- Conduct professional viewings and provide detailed presentations of new homes to prospective purchasers
- Proactively generate and follow up leads through telephone calls, appointments, referrals and database activity
- Negotiate offers and sales in line with development targets and commercial objectives
- Maintain accurate records of buyer activity, reservations and sales progression
- Build strong relationships with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, developers and other key stakeholders

- Previous experience within new homes sales, residential estate agency or a target-driven property sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the confidence to convert enquiries into reservations

- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to generating new business
