We are recruiting on behalf of an independent estate agency in Haywards Heath seeking an experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager to run the local team.
This role focuses on winning instructions, delivering accurate valuations, and contributing to the continued growth of the residential sales department.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager:
- Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and potential clients
- Provide accurate advice on pricing, marketing, and market conditions
- Maximise listing opportunities and conversion rates
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
- Identify new business opportunities within the local market
- Work towards agreed targets and performance objectives
- Maintain strong local market knowledge, particularly within Haywards Heath and surrounding areas
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth progression of agreed sales

- Previous experience in estate agency sales, with a focus on valuations and listings
- Proven track record of winning instructions in a competitive market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident telephone manner and client-facing ability
- Well-presented and professional approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify and convert business opportunities
- Good knowledge of the Haywards Heath / West Sussex property market preferred
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
