Our client is seeking a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their independent estate agency in Haslemere. This role offers the opportunity to work across both residential sales and lettings within a busy and professional office environment.

Working as part of a successful team, you will conduct viewings, negotiate offers, register applicants and build strong relationships with clients. The role also involves generating new business opportunities, progressing transactions and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales and lettings process.
