An opportunity has arisen for a property Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent estate agency based in Hailsham. This role may suit someone at an early stage in their property career or with transferable sales or customer service experience. Working within a busy office, you will support the sales team with day-to-day activities, assisting buyers and sellers while developing your knowledge of the property market.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Assisting with negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Supporting the progression of sales through to completion
- Liaising with vendors, buyers and third parties
- Providing regular updates and feedback to clients
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

- Previous experience in estate agency, sales, or customer service preferred
