What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors daily
• Coordinating maintenance works and property repairs
• Handling tenancy renewals and property inspections
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
• Delivering efficient service and resolving property issues promptly
