The successful candidate will have some previous experience within either sales and / or lettings and a genuine interest in developing their estate agency career. Working across both departments, you will handle enquiries, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and build strong client relationships while working towards personal and branch targets.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
- Handling sales and lettings enquiries and converting opportunities into business
- Conducting property viewings and providing professional follow-up to applicants and clients
- Negotiating offers between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, applicants and local contacts
- Assisting with property marketing, listings and general branch activity
- Working towards and exceeding personal and branch targets while maintaining high levels of customer service
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous estate agency experience within sales or lettings preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional and customer-focused approach
- Highly motivated, proactive and target-driven
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to develop a career in estate agency
- Smart and professional presentation with a strong work ethic
- Good knowledge of Guildford and the surrounding areas desirable
- Full UK driving licence essential, with own car preferred
