A qualified Rural Practice Surveyor is required to join a growing property consultancy team with offices in the Guildford area. This position offers exposure to a diverse rural workload including valuations, estate management, landlord and tenant matters, and wider rural consultancy services.
The successful candidate will work closely with a broad rural client base, providing professional advice across a range of property matters while also supporting business growth and identifying new opportunities. Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you will have the chance to further develop your expertise across multiple rural disciplines and contribute to the continued growth of a respected property practice operating throughout the South East.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Providing professional rural property advice to a wide range of clients
- Undertaking property inspections and preparing RICS-compliant valuation reports
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters including agricultural tenancies and licences
- Supporting clients with environmental stewardship schemes, utilities and compulsory purchase claims
- Managing and advising on rural estates and opportunities to maximise property income
- Building client relationships, networking and generating new business opportunities
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- MRICS qualified, ideally with FAAV qualification
- Previous experience within rural surveying or rural professional services
- Strong knowledge of farming, agriculture and the rural sector
- Ability to win instructions and generate new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Permanent right to work in the UK
