What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing maintenance requirements across a portfolio of residential properties
- Coordinating contractors and monitoring repair works from instruction through to completion
- Arranging quotations and obtaining landlord approval for maintenance works
- Conducting property inspections and identifying maintenance requirements
- Handling landlord and tenant maintenance enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Ensuring all maintenance records, compliance documentation and contractor information are accurately maintained
