A leading regional property consultancy is looking for an ambitious and motivated Graduate Development Surveyor to join their professional team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Assisting with development valuations and viability assessments
• Supporting senior surveyors on property transactions and client instructions
• Preparing reports, research, and development appraisals
• Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
• Monitoring and reporting on market trends and planning policy

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• RICS-accredited degree (or working towards it)
• Interest in development, planning, or rural/urban land markets
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Analytical, well-organised, and detail-oriented
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
