Joining an established and successful lettings team, you will play a key role in generating new business, carrying out rental valuations, winning new instructions and negotiating tenancies through to completion. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister:
- Prospect for new business opportunities and generate new landlord instructions
- Carry out rental valuations and secure new lettings listings
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
- Progress agreed lets through to completion while liaising with all parties involved
- Contribute to branch performance by achieving personal and team targets
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Minimum of two years' experience within residential lettings
- Proven experience carrying out lettings valuations and winning new instructions
- Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Professional, ambitious and self-motivated approach
- Well organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Good knowledge of the local property market would be advantageous
