What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties on behalf of landlords
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants throughout tenancies
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor visits while ensuring issues are resolved promptly
- Handling day-to-day tenancy matters and dealing with problems as they arise
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring property management procedures and deadlines are followed
- Building strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and the wider lettings team
