Experienced residential Property Manager required to help oversee an Assured Periodic Tenancies (APTs) lettings portfolio in the Farnham area. Ideal for an individual with strong lettings industry knowledge, excellent communication skills and confidence managing maintenance, compliance, property visits and client relationships.

A respected independent local Estate & Lettings Agency with a recognisable presence and brand is seeking an experienced Property Manager to support the smooth running and upkeep of their expanding residential lettings portfolio. This role requires exceptional organisation, proven lettings expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with landlords, tenants and contractors. An ARLA/ Propertymark qualification would be helpful but not essential.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
