Working across the local property market, you will carry out valuations, secure new instructions and support the successful launch of properties to the market.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business generation skills while delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with vendors.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Valuer / Lister:
- Carrying out residential property valuations and market appraisals
- Winning new instructions and agreeing appropriate fees
- Listing properties and overseeing their launch to the market
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives

- Previous experience within residential property sales
- Proven success in valuing and listing properties
- Strong instruction-winning and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Well-presented, motivated and target-driven approach
- Good knowledge of the Epsom property market advantageous
- Full UK driving licence required
