This role would suit a confident Property Manager who is organised, diplomatic and able to manage multiple priorities. Experience within residential property management is essential, with a willingness and enthusiasm to develop knowledge of commercial property management.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, ensuring compliance and providing a professional service throughout the property management process.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Commercial & Residential Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive a high level of service
- Developing knowledge of commercial property management and supporting the wider portfolio
- Handling maintenance issues, raising works orders and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently
- Managing compliance requirements including gas safety certificates, inspections and statutory obligations
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to provide updates and resolve issues
- Assisting with tenancy administration including deposits, renewals and serving notices where required

- Previous experience within residential property management
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements

- Interest in developing knowledge of commercial property management
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
