What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an excellent level of service
- Carry out regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance works with contractors and suppliers
- Manage utility-related matters and resolve day-to-day property management issues efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers
- Handle telephone enquiries, provide administrative support and maintain accurate property records
- Ensure all property matters are managed professionally and in line with current legislation and best practice
