A Commercial Estate Agent is required to join a successful property and business agency operating across Sussex and the South East. This role would suit a motivated and commercially minded individual with experience in property, business sales, or commercial agency.

Working across a diverse range of instructions including commercial premises, investment properties, development opportunities, hospitality businesses, retail operations, and mixed-use assets, you will be responsible for generating new business, winning instructions, conducting valuations, managing sales campaigns, and guiding transactions through to completion. The role offers a blend of office-based, remote, and client-facing work, providing autonomy and variety within a professional environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Generating new business opportunities through networking, marketing initiatives, and relationship building
  • Conducting market appraisals, valuations, and securing sales and agency instructions
  • Producing marketing materials including sales particulars, investment memoranda, photography, floorplans, and virtual tours
  • Managing property and business listings across portals, websites, social media platforms, and marketing channels
  • Handling enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, and negotiating sales transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, due diligence requirements, and maintaining accurate client records
