The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential blocks across Eastbourne and the surrounding East Sussex area.
The role will involve overseeing maintenance matters, coordinating major works, conducting site inspections, managing insurance claims, attending AGMs and resident meetings, and ensuring developments are managed efficiently and in accordance with relevant legislation and lease obligations.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Block Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential blocks and developments across East Sussex
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance works, and contractor performance
- Handling Section 20 consultations and overseeing major works projects
- Managing insurance claims, lease compliance, and property inspections
- Organising and attending AGMs, resident meetings, and management committee meetings
- Building positive relationships with leaseholders, residents, contractors, and stakeholders

- Previous Block Management experience is essential
- AIRPM, ARLA, RICS, or other relevant property qualification would be advantageous
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach to work
- Good understanding of relevant property legislation and a commitment to ongoing professional development
