What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Registering, qualifying and matching buyers to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings and obtaining detailed feedback from prospective purchasers
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
- Proactively following up applicants and generating opportunities to secure further business
- Progressing agreed sales through to exchange and completion, liaising with solicitors, buyers and sellers
- Maintaining accurate records, keeping clients updated and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential estate agency sales, ideally at Senior Sales Negotiator level
- A proven ability to negotiate offers and convert enquiries into sales
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A professional, confident and personable approach to client relationships
- Good knowledge of the local property market or the ability to develop this quickly
- A proactive attitude with the motivation to achieve individual and team targets
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
