A highly successful local independent Estate & Lettings Agency in picturesque East Horsley are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their highly effective local team. Previous experience in Lettings is essential. The role will involve booking and conducting viewings, generating business by calling new and existing clients, canvassing and negotiating successful property lets. You will be the kind of person who enjoys working in a busy environment and be a real team player. You will have exceptional customer service skills, have the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and have natural negotiation skills. The perfect candidate will already be working in a similar role but have a desire to join a local market leading company where they can earn well and develop their career in a fast moving busy lettings environment.
