Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a proactive and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Registering applicants and arranging property viewings
  • Conducting viewings and building rapport with prospective tenants
  • Negotiating lets and progressing tenancies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Working to individual and branch targets
  • Delivering high standards of customer service at all times
  • Maintaining accurate records and following company procedures
  • Supporting marketing and business development activities

  • Previous experience in residential lettings (essential)
