  • Winning new property instructions and expanding the branch’s sales portfolio.
  • Leading, mentoring and motivating a high-performing sales team.
  • Conducting valuations and advising clients on pricing and marketing strategy.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants.
  • Generating new business through outbound calls, referrals and networking.
  • Monitoring local market trends and implementing strategies to grow revenue.
  • Managing performance reporting and contributing to branch targets.
