Working within a successful residential sales team, you will be responsible for winning new business, carrying out property valuations, and converting market appraisals into instructions. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Carrying out market appraisals and securing new residential sales instructions

- Working closely with the sales team to maximise property sales opportunities

- Previous experience as a Property Valuer, Lister, Senior Sales Negotiator or similar estate agency role
- Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business

- Self-motivated with the ability to work towards and exceed targets
- Well organised with strong time management and attention to detail
