The company are specifically looking for a candidate who has previously worked in the Commercial Property sector. You will manage a portfolio of commercial properties and as such will require various skills in client contact, property management, rent collection, repairs and maintenance, accounting, as well as negotiating and interpreting leases, renewals, rent reviews and licences. A proven background in commercial property would be beneficial in addition to qualifications within property management.
