Responsible for listing, marketing and selling high-value homes across South East London & North West Kent: managing high-net-worth clients and growing market share.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Prime Property Sales professional to join the team within a premium brand estate agency with smart offices at London Bridge but also operating on a hybrid basis and covering Bromley, Chislehurst and South East London.

This role will suit a polished Estate Agency Sales Manager with proven success in the upper tiers of the property market. You will be responsible for:

  • Securing and selling high-value homes
  • Advising high-net-worth clients
  • Representing a respected premium brand

The successful candidate will be articulate, credible and confident when dealing with substantial property transactions and discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating and winning prime property instructions
  • Managing the full sales process from instruction to completion
  • Building long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or above
  • Proven track record within the upper end / prime property market
  • Demonstrable success dealing with high-net-worth individuals
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential
