An experienced Sales Manager is required to lead the residential sales operation of a busy estate agency in Chinnor. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, commercial approach and proven ability to win instructions and deliver results.
This is a hands-on management role covering valuations, instructions, negotiations and pipeline management, alongside leading and motivating a sales team. You’ll be expected to generate new business, maximise conversion, drive exchanges and completions, and deliver excellent service while achieving commercial targets.
