What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
- Register applicants, respond to enquiries and match buyers and tenants to suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing helpful information and feedback
- Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants to secure agreed deals
- Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective vendors and landlords
- Maintain regular communication with clients and progress sales and lettings transactions
- Keep property listings, applicant records and CRM information accurate and up to date

- Previous experience in residential estate agency sales, lettings or property negotiation
- Confident communication and negotiation skills, with a professional telephone manner
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach to generating business and achieving targets
- Good attention to detail when handling property information and client records
- A positive, reliable and professional attitude with a willingness to learn
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car for property viewings
